Cynthia Lagueux and Cathi Campbell represented the ACCSTR this past weekend (January 29-30th) at the 19th Annual Florida Marine Turtle Permit Holder’s meeting in Jacksonville. Cynthia presented a talk on, “Progress and Projects: An Update on Reverse the Decline of Florida’s Sea Turtles.” She gave an overview on the accomplishments of the strategic planning process conducted in 2015 for the Disney Conservation Fund’s Initiative, “Reverse the Decline of Florida’s Sea Turtles”, being led by the ACCSTR and presented the activities and collaborations planned for 2016.
