Robert Johnson has varied field experiences in The Bahamas and Georgia

ACCSTR PhD graduate student Robert Johnson has returned from several weeks of field work. Robert first spent two weeks in The Bahamas working with juvenile green turtles with Stevie Connett around Long Island and Conception Island. He then spent a week on Wassaw Island, Georgia with Joe Pfaller (Caretta Research Project, and ACCSTR) working with nesting loggerheads, followed by a week on a research trawler (arranged for by Mike Arendt and operated by SCDNR) off the coast of Georgia working with loggerheads and Kemp’s Ridleys.
